How the recruitment process works
- 1You share the requirements: duties, working hours, live-in or live-out, nationality preference, languages and budget.
- 2We source from our licensed partner agencies and our own candidate pool, then screen and verify documents.
- 3You receive a shortlist of 2–3 candidates with profiles, and we arrange video interviews.
- 4Once you choose, we submit the LMRA work-permit application and arrange the medical and visa.
- 5We handle travel and arrival, then stay available for post-placement support.
How we screen candidates
- Identity and passport verification
- Work-history and reference checks with previous employers where available
- Skills interview relevant to the role, in the languages you need
- Medical fitness examination as required for the Bahrain work permit
- Review of police or conduct certificates where the source country issues them
LMRA and paperwork in Bahrain
Staffer is licensed by Bahrain's Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA). We prepare the work-permit application, coordinate the medical examination, arrange the visa and handle arrival in Bahrain, then complete the residence and CPR steps with you after the candidate lands.
